What an amazing week I had at this paradise. Paula and Jack were the best hosts. I can’t wait to go back. The accommodations were lovely. I enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop in the morning. And walked 15 steps from the front door to the beach. FYI. There a a few restaurants walking distance hours are approx 2-6pm. Some pictures you may enjoy.
Casa Preciosa ~ it truly is precious Paula & Jack 2 loveable hosts. You walk into their haven as strangers and you walk out with friends for life. They celebrated my birthday with a delicious supper and a delicious cake . Yummy! They really do go out of their way to make your stay a memorable experience. The love they have for their casita is shown all over the grounds. A touch of love everywhere.
I had another beautiful stay , was there for the month of January. Was solo this trip , Jack and Paula are the hostess with the most. Everything is always taken care of , the pool and the grounds , lovely as ever. The pups are so adorable. If I needed anything, they are always happy to help. We had some amazing dinners together, cooked on the charcoal grill. So delicious The rooftop is a perfect place to watch the sunset, such a beautiful view. And of course the beautiful beach is only steps away, for a relaxing day in the sun and sand . If you are even considering this little piece of paradise, DO IT ! Casa Preciosa is pure paradise! They have two beautifully appointed one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments, each with a kitchen and sitting area. Very comfortable beds and nice decoration, we truly felt at home yet definitely on vacation! Right outside our door is a gorgeous pool and separate mini pool with table and benches inside it! Perfect place to hang out with friends or family. Plenty of lounging and sitting areas around the pool area, with shaded areas as well. Up the stairs is an amazing rooftop area with seating, lounging and a hammock. Great for sunning during the days and star-gazing at night. Casa Preciosa is in a quiet neighborhood, one block from a nice secluded beach. There are hardly any tourists around so you generally have the beach to yourself! Another block away is a wonderful seafood restaurant and then other restaurants and cafes beyond that. The hosts Paula and Jack are fabulous! Super friendly and willing to get to know you if you wish, or respectful of your privacy if you prefer. We got to know them and their cute doggies and found them to be fantastic people, both originally from the States. We will absolutely, definitely go back to Casa Preciosa!
Where to begin. Jack and Paula are the most amazing host anyone can ask for. My boyfriend and I were looking for a very relax, rustic experience in Mexico that involved good friends, good vibes, and a wonderful beach. We got that and more. The food we were exposed to was simple yet wonderful. The beach is beautiful and is right across the street. There was no need to have a car for the entire week that we were there, but we did do some wonderful excursions that were organized by Paula. Our trip to the cenotes was truly once in a lifetime. Great dinners and conversations led to our time flying by. We fell in love with the beach dogs and have even looked into possibly bringing a couple of them back home with us. Paula and Jack are helping with that also. If a simple carefree and low-key vacation is what you’re looking for, you won’t find any better than what we experienced at Casa Preciosa. . We can’t wait to get back.

My wife and I spent two short weeks at Casa Preciosa in February. Time flew by too quickly as our hosts Paula and Jack were available at anytime to give suggestions and answer any questions. The vibe of the property was laid back and relaxing but all the details of owning a rental were taken care of and well organized. We enjoyed the upper casa and especially the roof top for the view, breeze and bird watching. Casa Preciosa is a special place in Chuburna that we would love to return to.
Paula and Jack are the best hosts!. The house is beautiful, well kept and clean. Unit is beautifully cleaned Regularly. Semi private Beach is only steps away. Multiple restaurants within walking distance, as well as Town Square where community activities happen.It is the ultimate relaxing experience at Casa Preciosa.
